ASTERRA is grounded in a simple truth:

ASTERRA grew out of years of independent work with people navigating demanding transitions.
Over time, one insight became clear: this work is best carried by a community of practitioners — able to challenge, deepen, and sustain it together.
WHAT WE OFFER
When change gets real, we get to work.
We do not start from a fixed program. We start from what is actually happening.
We start by listening — to what is shifting beneath the surface and to the intentions and responsibilities present. And we shape what needs to happen next.
The work may involve:

It may take forms such as:

HOW WE WORK
We work with you in ways that are
experiential and playful — embodied and regenerative.
Experiential and playful means we learn through dialogue, reflection, movement, and immersion — often in nature. Lived experience leads — through what we see, feel, and do as we engage. Through play we unlock creativity, and new possibilities appear.
Embodied means we tap into the intelligence of the whole body. It opens the mind in thinking, the heart in relating, and the will in acting. New ways of listening, deciding, and acting become possible.
Regenerative means we work to enable lasting contribution. We strengthen the awareness and health — physical, mental, social, and spiritual — of the people behind the results.
